Welcome to the Arts Council of New Orleans' Online Granting System.
Application forms for FY 2013 grants through the Louisiana Decentralized Arts Funding Program and the Community Arts Grants Program are available only through this web site (http://acno.cgweb.org). The guidelines for these grant programs as well as the Online Granting System Applicant User Manual are available on our web site (www.artscouncilofneworleans.org - Grants/Available Grants). Information on grant workshops, webinars, and other technical assistance offered is also posted on the web site under Grants/Available Grants.
Please read the guidelines and application form(s) carefully and refer to the Online Granting System Applicant User Manual before starting an application. The Online Granting System Applicant User Manual will instruct you on how to use the online system and complete the online application - we recommend that you print it out. There is also a "Tech Tips" button in a bright orange circle in the upper right hand corner of each application page that gives technical tips.
Please note: An application for a grant must be submitted first through the Online Granting System and then in hard copy form to be considered.
• The DEADLINE to submit the application ONLINE through the Online Granting System is MIDNIGHT, APRIL 24, 2012.
• The deadline to submit the HARD COPY APPLICATION SETS is APRIL 25, 2012. Hard copy application sets (the single-sided, signed original and the number of double-sided copies needed (see Submission Instructions page of the application) must be received in the Arts Council office by 4:00 p.m. April 25, 2012 if hand-delivered, OR they must be mailed and postmarked by that date.
Applicants must submit their original signed application and the number of copies indicated on the Submission Instructions page of the application. The hard copy application sets will be provided to grant panelists for the panel review process.
After creating a new user profile for the Online Granting System or logging in with a current profile, go to the Current Programs & Applications button (left) to access the application form that you wish to view or complete. Make sure the form you have selected is the type of grant and the grant program (Decentralized or Community Arts) that you intend to apply in.
Again, please refer to the guidelines for details on the grants being offered, the eligibility requirements, attachments that are required or are optional, and the application steps. Refer to each application's Submission Instructions page details on how to compile the hard copy application sets, the correct number of copy sets needed, and how to submit required or optional attachments.
